# Managing Your Account
Learn how to manage your account settings and preferences.
## Update Profile
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on your profile
3. Update your information
4. Save changes
## Change Password
1. Navigate to Settings > Security
2. Click "Change Password"
3. Enter current and new password
4. Confirm the change
## Account Permissions
Different roles have different permissions:
- **Admin**: Full access to all features
- **Support**: Can create and manage tickets
- **Client**: Can submit and view their own tickets
